Focus Solutions signs agreement with Industrial Development Bank to implement focus power legal

Focus will be developing, customizing and configuring the Implementing Focus Power Legal software at IDB's legal unit. The software will allow the Bank management to get the required information for their cases. This will help the bank control the department, manage documents, increase efficiency as well as build a database of their legal operations. The agreement is expanding Focus' client portfolio in Jordan as well as building their relations with the banking sector.

Mr. Khalid Najjar, Executive Manager for Credit and Mr. Abdullah Suboh, the IT Manager signed on behalf of IDB with Mr. Samer Jabari, CEO of Focus Solutions to implement the program, Focus Power Legal. The program will input information concerning contracts for the bank to form a database on the institute's legal services. This will enable Industrial Development Bank to access any legal information efficiently as well as to facilitate the Bank's control in reviewing all legal history accurately.

The Bank already utilizes core banking solutions, however IDB felt that Focus Power Legal will provide an added value in covering their legal unit operation. The bank may now follow-up efficiently on all legal activities and get accurate analysis regarding its remedial and status loans in addition to implementing sufficient controls for lawyers and the audit committee. Focus Solutions will aid the Bank in controlling, monitoring and managing the many complexities of all its legal requirements. The solutions provide the bank with control over the day-to-day operations with quality assurance and continuous development at the lowest possible cost.

Mr. Samer Jabari, CEO of Focus Solutions, commented on the agreement between Focus Solutions and Industrial Development Bank saying, "We are proud to have signed an agreement with Industrial Development Bank, one of the largest and oldest financial institutions in Jordan.
