Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority hosts masterclass, sales training programme

Thirty participants from Abu Dhabi Hotels, including directors and managers of sales, operations and restaurants attended today's masterclass, held at the Le Royal Meridien Hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Facilitating the masterclass is internationally renowned, Leslie Grogan, who has more than twenty years experience in the hospitality sector. The day's programme focused on the simplest ways to achieve quick results, to maximize profit and improve team work. Many international reputable hotels and restaurants worldwide have benefited tremendously from Grogan's training programmes.

According to Mr. Nasser Al Reyami Licensing and Classification Director at ADTA, this programme is part of ADTA's training programmes aimed at improving the skills of those working in the tourism industry.

He commented,

"The infrastructural and human capital development must go hand in hand and these types of workshops will provide our tourism industry partners with international experts that they might not normally have access to on a regular basis."
