JorAMCo and Royal Jordanian celebrate yet another year of rewarding cooperation

The dinner, which was attended by Samer Al Majali, General Manager of Royal Jordanian and Bashir Abdul Hadi, Chief Executive Officer of JorAMCo and, featured various entertaining and contests sessions, reaching up to the main event of the celebration . A stand up comedy show presented by Jordan's celebraty comedian Nabil Sawalha, who entertained the audience with his entertaining performance that added a festive atmosphere to the event.

We are pleased to be hosting this event on annual basis, bringing together key executives from both companies will with no doubt strengthen our working relationship and elevate it to higher levels", commented Abdul Hadi.

Jordan Aircraft Maintenance Limited (JorAMCo) is a dynamic aircraft maintenance center that specializes in aircraft maintenance and component repair and overhaul for the Airbus, Boeing and Tri-star aircraft. JorAMCo traces its roots to 1963 when it was Royal Jordanian's Maintenance and Engineering Department. In October 2000, it became a separate entity operating under the name of JorAMCo, following Royal Jordanian's privatization.

Moreover, JorAMCo's expansion plans are to build a new two bay super hangar which will add a further 15,000 sqm to the existing hangar space making the total available working space a maximum of 27,000 sqm.

Abdul Hadi concluded his comments by adding : "We have a really positive outlook towards our future bilateral relationship with Royal Jordanian and are looking forward to achieve more milestones in the near future".
