Oil share dips in Dubai GDP

The oil sector's contribution to Dubai's GDP has fallen from 5.4% in 2005 to 5.1% last year, according to a report by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The emirate's non-oil GDP grew by 21% last year, with the UAE's overall non-oil GDP lifting by 20%. The report showed that Dubai provides 43% of the country's total non-oil GDP and 28% of its entire GDP.
