Amlak to sell Islamic bonds

Amlak Finance is to sell Islamic bonds worth around $272m in a bid to finance its international expansion and also secure long-term funding, reported Bloomberg. Emirates National Bonds and Finance is advising Amlak on the sale which is still to receive regulatory approval. Last month, Amlak won approval to sell mortgages in Saudi Arabia, while it has sought clearance in Morocco, Syria, Turkey and Pakistan.
