Accordingly, AITS has become the exclusive service provider for Cary, North Carolina-based BPS, thereby providing the company with significant exposure in the American market.

Officials from both companies met at the BPS premises to sign the contract for the promotion of business process outsourcing (BPO) services. Signing on behalf of AITS was Dr. Mohamed Reda, CEO, and on behalf of BPS was Mrs. Gail Kwee, President and CEO.

"We're delighted to partner with BPS and have our first exclusive American partner in BPO and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO), as this is an important step forward in expanding our existing presence in the United States," said Dr. Mohamed Reda. "We look forward to working with BPS to show our dedication to exporting quality, cutting-edge services backed by our state-of-the-art technology and quality project management."

Established to meet the growing need for medical transcription and billing services, AITS is the first service provider in Egypt and the Middle East to offer pioneering healthcare-oriented technology services on a national and international scale. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering advanced business process outsourcing and electronic solutions for hospitals and medical clinics, enabling healthcare providers to focus on their core competencies.

BPS focuses on providing high-value business process outsourcing and technology solutions. In the partnership with AITS, BPS provides business development, marketing, and client relations, while outsourcing the medical transcription services to AITS in Egypt.

On behalf of BPS, Mrs. Gail Kwee added: "We look forward to a solid and long-lasting partnership with AITS. Together, we aim to leverage our extensive capabilities and strong track record to offload back-office services from the many healthcare providers that have realized the power of outsourcing."
