ARAMEX drive to maximize its people potential

Over 800 staff members from the various UAE-based ARAMEX Operations and offices participated in the off-site training course to enhance the team effectiveness and increase its problem-solving abilities.

The workshop conducted by ABAMI consultancy and Training Company consisted of a variety of modules including ARAMEX values, commitment to customer service. Stimulating high impact activities and games involving all attendees were conducted with an emphasis on ARAMEX's culture of empowerment and team work.

Nehad Tadros, Training Director, ARAMEX UAE, reiterated the role these workshops play in integrating ARAMEX's core values and incorporating the efforts of the qualified individuals in a team work structure. "We are confident that our people have the abilities and skills to succeed, however we believe that in order to win and thrive we need to be a strong integrated team.
