Muscat water warning

Oman's Health Ministry has cautioned people in Muscat not to drink or cook with well water which is being trucked into the city following a cut in the water supply in many areas as a result of the damage inflicted by Cyclone Gonu, reported Gulf News. The ministry has also advised residents not to use water from wadis, even for the purpose of washing their clothes.
