During the seminar, participants will learn ways to develop detailed cost estimates, project schedules and planning and management strategies using state-of-the-art software. A number of 'What-if?' scenarios will be raised to help project managers gauge the impact of risk on such areas as cost budget and schedule. The aim is to allow participants to make informed decisions, manage their project risks and make contingency plans. The strategies explored will also help reduce the chances of projects being late and over budget.
Bassam Samman, CMCS CEO and Founder, said:
'We are pleased to be able to present the 'Project Cost Estimation and Risk Management' seminar to industry professionals. CMCS, the Primavera Authorized Representative in the Middle East, has committed itself to improving efficiency and cost effectiveness in the regional construction industry, and we believe that such seminars, and the software they introduce, will prove instrumental in achieving that aim.'
Access to the event is available to all middle and senior level executives, along with project managers and planners.
