This anti-smoking initiative, which was held in collaboration with the "I Quit Smoking Association", highlights the Mall's efforts to raising health awareness and creating a health-oriented culture amongst the Jordanian society.

"From the very early stages of our founding, we have identified corporate social responsibility as an integral part of our policy. City Mall is the ultimate family meeting destination, thus, achieving a healthy atmosphere for our customers through taking part in raising awareness on this social phenomena and eliminating its existence is a proud objective of ours," said Ziena Abu- Ragheb, Marketing Manager, City Mall.

This anti smoking campaign supported by City Mall entailed informing smokers of this habit's negative impacts on their health through the conduction of the CO percentage test which revealed the level of CO in smokers' bodies and furthermore classified them in different categories.

City Mall's smoke-free atmosphere and modern comfortable design is what differentiates it from any other shopping destination in the Kingdom. Furthermore, the Mall's highly professional staff specialized in customer satisfaction work constantly to achieve highest levels of positive interaction with clients and maintain consistent response to client needs which will with no doubt raise the bar in customer service standards of the Kingdom.
