MTC gets licence, will sell shares

An MTC-local consortium was officially awarded Saudi Arabia's third mobile licence on Monday. Saudi MTC will now sell 40% of its shares in an initial public offering, Reuters reported. The consortium bid $6.11bn for the licence.
