UAE 2.5m mobiles in 2007

More than 2.5m mobiles will be sold in the UAE in 2007, according to estimates from Samsung reported in Gulf News. This represents a $250m market, 3.3% of the Middle East's $7.5bn mobile market. Nokia has the largest market share in the UAE at 60%.
