Dubai Executive Council holds HR strategy meeting with government departments

The Department of Human Resources at the Dubai Executive Council held a meeting yesterday with the directors of strategic planning in Dubai Government departments to coordinate their HR strategies.
Dr. Ahmad Waarie from the General Secretariat at Dubai Executive Council, said: "This meeting provided an opportunity to obtain information from various departments about human resources development to help us prepare an integrated strategic plan. Our goal now is to determine specific areas which need improvement and an appropriate framework to implement the plan."
The Department of Human Resources meeting with government officials was part of Dubai Executive Council's efforts to meet the objectives of Dubai Strategic Plan.
