RTA appoints nationals in leading positions

H. E. Mattar Al Tayer, Board Chairman and Executive Director of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) issued a number of decisions to appoint elite of nationals in key leading positions for a number of agencies, departments and sections all over the RTA.
The decisions involved the appointments of Mansour Al Falasi as Manager of Study and Research at Maritime Project Department of the Marine Transport Agency. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Construction Engineering, Dubai Men's College of Higher Colleges of Technology in 2004. Al Falasi occupied a number of positions including the Head of Field Surveying Unit of Dubai Land Department (DED) and also worked as an Infrastructure Engineer of Etisalat's Data Center.
The RTA also appointed Ali Hassan Al Mansoori as Manager of the Green Line at the Construction Department of the Rail Agency. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, UAE University in 2001. He occupied a number of positions including Liaison Engineer for Ministry of Public Works in Dubai. Al Mansoori enjoys good experiences in various fields including project management, cost analysis, negotiation and others.
Additionally, the appointments involved Ali Al Asmawee to occupy the position of Contracts and Performance Monitoring Manager at the Rail Agency. He holds an MBA from Wollongong University, Dubai Campus, in 2004 and a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from FD University in the United States in 1986. Al Asmawee enjoys plenty of experiences working for Dubai Municipality including the Head of Lighting and Traffic Systems Unit.
