Etisalat unveils promotional offers to celebrate one year BlackBerry service anniversary

In the last twelve months, Etisalat and RIM have brought a selection of devices and powerful BlackBerry services, including the new BlackBerry 8800 launched this month, to business and individual customers across the UAE.

The first promotion offers new subscribers one month of subscription free of charge. This includes Domestic Unlimited and the newly announced 3MB light-user BlackBerry package. This promotional offer is valid through 17th June to the 15th of July, 2007

Second, corporate customers who subscribe to the BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Solution) service for at least 5 users in the period from 17th June to 15th of July will get the BlackBerry enterprise server for free. Finally, customers will also get a 5% discount on any device bought with the service as well as attractive discounts for companies.

Etisalat currently offers the BlackBerry® Enterprise Solution™ (BES) which allows mobile users in corporates to access communications and information wirelessly. BlackBerry Enterprise Service tightly integrates with Microsoft® Exchange, Novell GroupWise® and IBM Lotus® Domino® and works with existing enterprise systems to enable secure, push-based wireless access to email and other corporate data.

Etisalat also offers the BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) which has been designed to provide individuals or small businesses with all the mobility benefits of BlackBerry from web browsing, push email to Instant Messaging.
