Jacky's recognized for Service Excellence

Jacky's Electronics, has been recognized by the Department of Economic Development's Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES) recently.

Jacky's was declared the best performing outlet in the electronics category for its Deira City Centre branch.

The presentation and announcement was made during a recent gathering. Jacky's has been a member of the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme for the past one year and has had all their outlets regularly audited by external mystery shoppers deployed by the DSES. Jacky's received the well-deserved accolade based on audit reports.

The Dubai Service Excellence Scheme is an initiative of the Government of Dubai, Department of Economic Development aimed at promoting excellence in customer service and recognising businesses that provide excellent service to their customers. The scheme is membership based where the respective member organizations comply with the code of business ethics and satisfy the criteria for customer service excellence.
