More than 2,009 Jumeirah Beach Residence apartments handed over

Dubai Properties has delivered the keys to over 2,009 apartments in Jumeirah Beach Residence in the last two months, achieving an average of 33 apartments a day being presented to the new home owners.
IDAMA, Dubai Properties' facilities management company, is supervising the delivery of the apartments and will be responsible for the ongoing management, maintenance and administration of the JBR master community.
The 1.75 km beachfront development will include the outdoor shopping boulevard "The Walk" and four new hotel Towers. The Walk will be launched and completely handed in the fourth quarter of this year where so far 60 retail outlets out of 300 have been handed over.
The 4 hotel towers - Crowne Plaza, Amwaj Rotana, Sofitel and Movenpick will be operational in 2008, together offering a total of 1,375 rooms.
JBR's uniquely-themed environment combines the styles of Andalucía with the Mediterranean and Arab architecture, complemented by landscaped plazas; children play areas, fountains and courtyards.
