Qatar Telecom is offering its GSM post-paid customers a twelve month subscription at the reduced price of QR300, reported The Peninsula. New customers can also receive the discounted rate if they sign up for a year and they will also avoid the standard QR250 connection fee. Meanwhile, Qtel's Hala customers who want to switch to GSM post-paid can also receive the yearly subscription offer and avoid the QR70 switching fee.
