Abdulla Yousif Fakhro & Sons - USD1 million expansion drive into automotive repair

The announcement comes as a result of the drive to constantly and consistently provide its customers with excellent service.

The automotive portfolio of the Abdulla Yousif Fakhro Group includes Budget Car Rental, a premier car rental company in Bahrain with 1600 cars, Go Rent A Car, a growing car rental company in Dubai with 700 cars, the agency for Mobil in Bahrain, and the agency for Dunlop Tyres in Bahrain.

Announcing the news of the expansion, Mo Fakhro, Director Business Development - AYFS said, 'To ensure that we are able to offer a complete range of automotive services which are technologically advanced and the very best in quality to our customers in the Kingdom, we have decided to invest $1 million for this major expansion plan in 2007 into the automotive repair business.'

He added, 'Since the birth of capitalism, customers have always preferred to buy products and services that provide them with the maximum utility per unit of currency spent. The Fakhro Group has been in the business of satisfying customers for over a century. We are now looking at opportunities to bring in new services in the automotive business with this expansion, to raise the bar of customer service and satisfaction.'
