Weak dollar drags ME cities

The currency peg to a weak US dollar has dragged down Abu Dhabi and Dubai in Mercer's Cost of Living survey, Firstrung reports. Dubai ranked 34th, a drop from 25th in 2006. Abu Dhabi fell from 30th to 45th. Tel Aviv ranked as the most expensive city in the Middle East, in 17th place. Moscow topped the list, followed by London and Seoul.
