BUiD invites all to an Open Day in Abu Dhabi

Demand for higher education courses in the UAE is increasing, driven by professionals enhancing their career opportunities with Masters Degrees, according to senior academics at the British University in Dubai (BUiD).

Prospective students from Abu Dhabi will be offered an opportunity to meet with BUiD's academic staff in order to find out more about the programmes offered by the University. Popular courses include education, engineering, finance, project management, built environment and information technology.

The British University in Dubai will organise an Open Day in Abu Dhabi at the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Industry on Wednesday 20th June 2007 as part of its mission to expand opportunities across the UAE.

All BUiD programmes are accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Each of these graduate level courses is also made available through a close association with universities in the UK.

BUiD offers Masters programmes and Continuing Professional Development courses in Information Technology, Project Management, IT Management, Banking and Finance, the Built Environment, and Education.

A number of Scholarships are now available for the academic year - which starts in September - for both part-time and full-time students, who apply for scholarships by 4th July 2007.

Visit BUiD at Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Industry, 2nd floor, BOM Hall between 14:00 and 19:00, to discuss the diverse educational opportunities at BUiD.

Prospective students can also find out more about BUiD and its programmes by visiting the campus in Knowledge Village campus in Dubai between 09:00 and 17:00 Sunday to Thursday or via the BUiD website (www.buid.ac.ae).
