Reach out to your favourite country with Etisalat

All Etisalat mobile customers now have a new option that will enable them to reach out to friends and loved ones in their favourite country at attractive rates.

The 'Favourite Country' plan will offer a 25% discount on all international calls made by GSM postpaid customers and 20% discount by Wasel customers to their favourite country, including peak and off-peak periods. This plan will enable Etisalat customers to call friends and family in their home countries and enjoy substantial savings.

Customers can easily sign up for this plan by calling 125 or by sending 'R FCP ' as SMS to 1010, for example "R FCP 0091" (for choosing India as your favourite country).

Customers can also use the *122# service on their mobile phones to subscribe to this tariff plan. If customers later want to change the country to which they get the discounted rates, they can do so by calling 125 or SMS by sending "R FCP < New country Country Code> to 1010. A fee of AED 10 would be applicable for every change of favourite country.

There are no subscription or registration charges for this plan. Revised rates are also applicable to destinations other than the favorite country. For more information please visit our web site www.etisalat.ae or call our free customer care on 101.

Customers will have the option of changing from this plan to existing Wasel or GSM postpaid plans at any time by simply calling 125 or sending 'C plan' as SMS to 1010. A fee would be applicable for every change between tariff plans.
