ALDAR announces new Chief Operating Officer

Bullough is currently Retail Director of Grosvenor Britain & Ireland. Grovsvenor being one of the United Kingdom's Largest Property companies.

The role of COO will focus on aligning the strategic objectives of ALDAR's rapidly developing portfolio with the internal operations of the company to deliver efficient returns for investors and home owners. This will ensure seamless communication amongst the management team and drive capacity for further expansion.

John Bullough joined Grosvenor in 1989, and during this time held a number of senior roles within the business in Britain & Ireland. He has made a significant contribution to Grosvenor's retail development business and has been responsible for winning several important projects in recent years. With its pipeline of future projects now secured, John Bullough has decided that now is the time to take up a new challenge.

"I have enjoyed a hugely rewarding time at Grosvenor and the decision to move on has been difficult. However, I have reached a point in my career where I am looking for new challenges and ALDAR presents a fantastic opportunity for me," said John Bullough speaking on his decision to join ALDAR.

John Bullough plans to leave at the end of the summer and in the meantime will concentrate on handing over his current responsibilities to his present colleagues. He will remain President of the BCSC until the end of his term in office.
