Hooters, the US restaurant chain famous for its scantily clad waitresses, may open a branch in Dubai, according to Dow Jones. Kuwaiti businessman Jamal Al Shaheen already owns the franchise for Dubai and says he has chosen a location on Jumeirah Beach Road. Al Shaheen says the tight clothing worn by Hooters girls is no more revealing than outfits seen on Dubai's beaches.
