Gulf Air website goes live with flight status information

In its constant effort to service its customers better, Gulf Air has gone one more step ahead. Now passengers can check the latest flight arrival/departure information through its website.

The information can be accessed from the home page of the airline's website in the middle tab section under "Flight Status" or from the main menu under "Plan & Book". By typing in either a flight number or a route, customers can instantly know the flight status.

"Gulf Air recognises the importance of customer service and endeavours to enhance its services across the board," says Gulf Air Executive Vice President Marketing and Sales Lee Shave. "This is one more step in getting closer to our customers."

"It is a great tool facilitating our customers to check the status of flights from the comfort of their home or office, whether for their on travel or to receive or send off their friends and relatives."

The flight departure and arrival information is linked directly to Air Operation System that provides real-time flight information with comprehensive details arrival, departure, delay and cancellation of Gulf Air flights.
