Mena Telecom opens its second retail outlet at the KFH Automall in Sitra

Mena Telecom opened its second retail outlet in the Kingdom of Bahrain on Tuesday at the KFH Automall in Sitra; as it prepares to launch its new nationwide WiMax network.
Mena Telecom's customer-care retail branches serve as one-stop shops for all of its customer's telecommunication products and services needs. These include the soon to be launched WiMAX which will provide a wireless internet service and much more. They also include existing products such as Carrier Pre-Select which offers customers 30% lower rates than standard international fixed lines calls; MenaTalk international calling cards and Two-way satellite and broadband services.
Trained customer service representatives will be on hand to answer customer queries, assist customers who wish to subscribe to any of Mena Telecom's services; process bill payments and offer advice on all of the company's products and services. Mena Telecom retail outlets also stock the latest mobile phones for customers to purchase.
Mr Abdul Razak Jawahery Executive Manager at KFH (Bahrain), representing KFH as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Mena Telecom said, "Our aim is to make it easy for our customers to do business with us and to provide them with a superior customer experience. Adding more retail outlets in addition to the one at GOSI Complex will allow us to continue to provide world-class telecommunication services to the business community and private individuals. Our plan for 2007 is to open more retail outlets around the Kingdom to ensure Mena Telecom is accessible to our wide range of customers and provide them with an outstanding, inter-active experience."
Mena Telecom is committed to being one of the market leaders in the telecom sector in the Kingdom. In addition to its outlets in GOSI Complex and the new KFH Automall in Sitra, Mena Telecom plans to open further outlets during this year, in the Country Mall (Budaiya Highway); Bahrain Financial Harbour and Bahrain World Trade Centre. Mr Jawahery said "The opening of these retails is in keeping with our strategy of continued growth and expansion, and also shows our commitment to investing in the future of Bahrain."
