Bayt.com sets new standards in global e-cruitment industry with breakthrough InstantMatch search tool

The state-of-the-art tool enables employers to find the right candidates faster, easier and more effectively than ever before significantly surpassing all other media as a successful recruitment driver.

The new technology, the most advanced in the industry to date, was developed by Bayt.com as part of its continued efforts to maximize the return on investment for its employers, reducing their time to hire by 70 per cent and their costs per hire by over 80 per cent.

Employers can set up an auto-screening mechanism, to filter out applicants who do not meet the job requirements. They can also search exclusively within the most recent CV submissions thereby ensuring only currently available talent is approached.

In addition to the advanced folder options which allow for more facile workflow management, details of the employers' search parameters are clearly visible on the new Search interface at all times and employers can amend and modify any of their search criteria easily and swiftly at any point.

The new functionality allows employers to effectively zoom in and out of their candidate shortlists until they find the exact match they need and repeat this exercise effortlessly and seamlessly to achieve any number of desired matches. All of these enhanced functionalities dramatically increase the speed, ease and effectiveness with which regional employers can recruit top talent.
