The road show takes in four cities - Jeddah, Riyadh, Doha and Kuwait - in a bid to increase the profile of Abu Dhabi as well as the airline and its regional services and flights to and from the UAE's capital.

Maen Abdulhalim, Etihad Airways' regional general manager for Middle East and Africa, said: "Our participation in the ADTA road show is an excellent opportunity for Etihad to strengthen its position in the region.

"The cities we are visiting are considered key to our sales expansion strategy and we are constantly aiming to improve our services to meet the demands of our regional customers."

The road show visited Jeddah on Saturday 23 June and Riyadh on Sunday 24 June and will head to Doha on Monday 25 June and Kuwait City on Tuesday 26 June.

Visitors to the road show will include members of the local travel trade and media in each city, with a gala dinner following the day's activities.

Mr Abdulhalim added: "The road show is a great platform for marketing our new comprehensive flight schedule and summer offers to travel trade partners in the GCC."
