ITS launches operation of WARID Telecom Solutions in Bangladesh

International Turnkey Systems (ITS) has successfully completed the setup and operation of the Telecom systems for Warid Telecom, Bangladesh.

ITS International and , Emirates had signed an agreement for the application of advanced IT solutions to one of the Mobile Telecommunication companies owned by Warid Telecom in Bangladesh.

As per the signed agreement, ITS provided its integrated Telecommunication solution TABS, which includes solutions specifically for billing, customer care, call center, e-Business, and ERP.

The implemented solutions supports Warid Telecom in providing prompt services in the field of mobile communications on an international level for the mobile phone sector, which is undergoing rapid growth in Bangladesh.

Managing Director and General Manager of ITS, Khalid Faraj Al Said stated that, "Our partnership with Warid is a model of strategic partnerships as we proceed with our clients wherever their investments go, to meet all their needs and requirements." He added that the launching of Warid, its expansion in the Telecommunications industry, and the rapid growth of this vital sector, all present many challenges for ITS to meet the requirements of this rapid expansion, which has been achieved by our team's hard work and customer focus.

Al Said emphasized that Warid is one of many strategic customers that ITS, which is expanding regionally and globally, serves in launching all their projects around the world while meeting all local and international requirements.

Chief Executive of Warid Telecom, Bangladesh, Muneer Farooqui stated "This agreement is a successful partnership for millions of mobile phone users in Bangladesh who will benefit from the leading mobile phone services provided by the company, they will also benefit from ITS's experience in providing Telecom Billing, customer care, and call centers solutions on an international level. He added, "we also commend the capabilities of ITS for their best technological services in the regional market."

Farooqui emphasized that the selection of ITS was the result of successful past cooperation between the two companies, where ITS has consistently demonstrated its ability to provide the highest level of service and solutions needed by Warid in external projects, including Bangladesh and previously in Pakistan.

He further said, "Our agreement with ITS comes out of our commitment to render the highest level of service in the countries we currently serve. Our main concern is to serve our customers better and we always take into consideration the special relationship with our customers in different countries and we deem it as a long term relationship".

Finally, he added, "Warid corporate strategy is based on expansion to introduce our services to many potential markets. Our prime objective is to link the latest technologies to providing the best customer service in our current and future projects.

Mr. Adli Dehelia, the Director of Telco Business Services Development, explained that these solutions handle one of the most important relations between the Telecom operation and its subscribers since it facilitates collection and payment of mobile bills and preserving the privacy and security of the subscriber's information.

He added that the Telecom solutions presented by ITS comprise the highest levels of accuracy and information security which are vital factors for companies like Warid that cater to millions of customers. The signed agreement also includes rendering support services for Warid including the system hardware, database, personnel, and financial areas.

ITS will manage the whole operation of the electronic network, from setting up the systems to recruiting and training employees, and linking the different departments of the company to each other.
