  • PRESS RELEASE

Axial Vector Engine Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: AXVC) announced today its 'GAS CAM' model marine/aviation engine has arrived in Dubai for a series of demonstrations to be held in the United Arab Emirates.

At 39" long and 13" diameter this 200hp engine delivers 640ft lbs of torque. Liquid cooled and vibration free this 12-cylinder engine with 40 % less friction and an idle speed of less than 100 RPM is perfect for boats. Less friction and high torque means this engine does not need a transmission. The smoothness and relative ease with which the engine functions is demonstrated by the fact that the "GAS CAM" can be turned over by hand, no other 200hp engine can do this.

The reliability of the engine is another advantage in its marine application, with 50% less parts and less chance for any parts to need overhauling, maintenance or fixing which for boats is a huge cost saving.

Linear motion is converted to rotational motion in this "turbine" shaped piston engine. All 12 cylinders fire on each rotation delivering the huge increase in horsepower to torque ratio described above.

The basic reason for the Dubai demonstrations is that with the Middle East region developing all the offshore projects such as the Palm Islands, The World, Business Bay just to name a few in the United Arab Emirates, other countries such as Bahrain and Qatar are also developing the same sort of projects namely the pearl development etc, we see this region as being on the verge of a boating and water sports boom.

After the Dubai demonstrations the engine will be sent for viewing and additional demonstrations to major boating areas of the world including Florida's famous "Thunderboat Alley" home of the world famous Deep "V" boats some featuring up to 1,600 hp.

Boat and marine engine manufacturers are invited to contact the company for an invitation to one of these demonstrations of the "GAS CAM" engine.

About Axial Vector(TM) Engine Corporation

Axial Vector(TM) Engine Corporation is a publicly traded company (OTC Bulletin Board: AXVC) that owns, develops and licenses proprietary intellectual property regarding unique internal combustion engine technologies. We are applying these technologies to develop an exciting, new, smaller and lighter internal combustion engine that produces significantly greater horsepower and three times more torque on less fuel than conventional engines of similar size. The internal combustion engine as we know it today may never comply with mandated pollution standards and meet the strong demand for cleaner and far greater fuel-efficiency engines. We see the Axial Vector(TM) as the engine design that will comfortably meet these challenges, and more.

Key entry markets for the Axial Vector(TM) engine include a number of specific military and industrial applications. Additionally, we are developing a family of electric power generators incorporating our unique Axial Vector(TM) technology. The generators will consume less fuel per unit of electrical power output and are considerably smaller than any known internal combustion engine generators.
