Emirates prepares for Venice flights

Emirates is gearing up for the launch of flights to Venice by opening an office in the Italian canal city. Inbound and outbound group bookings for the five-times-a-week service from Dubai have been 'encouraging', an official said. Flights start on 1 July 2007. Emirates already flies to Milan and Rome.
