Invita receives eContent award

Invita received the award for the best content in the category of "eBusiness" for the year 2007.

The Bahrain eContent Awards were held in the Kingdom of Bahrain, sponsored by the H.E. Dr. Hassan Abdullah Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce, in cooperation with Bahrain Internet Society, held at the Bahrain Exhibition center.

The competition was aimed at strengthening and developing the spirit of creative designers and website developers, in terms of content development. The nominations received for these awards were from various government bodies and private organizations across the Kingdom.

Invita received the award for the website for its ease in handling public inquiries in relation to the area of communication and IT services, in terms of organization, coordination and ease of use of the electronic links as well as the quality of the content on the site.

Invita chairman, Mr. Abdulla Hussain, who received the award from H.E. Dr Fakhro, stated that this was a major achievement for a growing organization such as Invita and demonstrating its capability in the eBussines and delivery fronts.
