These wins mark the third time in as many years that Better Life has received awards from the company.
At a ceremony held in Lisbon, Portugal, Ajai Dayal, General Manager, Retail and Marketing, Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group, received membership to the prestigious Top Sales Management Club 1.11. Better Life was recognised as the best distributor for Siemens home appliances in the region spanning North Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. The award was presented by Mr. Jean Dufour, Director, Sales and Marketing and Dr. Kurt-Ludwig Gutperlet, Chairman and CEO of BSH.
In a separate ceremony in Munich, Better Life received the award for Excellence in Customer Service for Siemens household appliances. Better Life was chosen from among 28 distributors in the region of North Africa, Middle East and South Asia. The award was presented by Mr. Heiko Fisher, Managing Director, BSH FZE.
"At Better Life, we continuously strive to excel in all fields, be it sales or after sales service. At the end of the day, it is a matter of meeting and exceeding customer expectations, and we are happy to be recognised for this hard work," said Dayal. "Our congratulations go to all our staff who work everyday to achieve these honours."
