Reef Mall keeps everyone entertained with Knowledge Surprises Week

Based on the theme of edutainment or education mixed with entertainment, Knowledge Surprises provide children of all ages an opportunity to seek knowledge through practical activities. The main aim of the activities during the Surprises is to help children seek, explore, and learn about a wide range of topics that include science, technology and history.

One of the highlights of the Knowledge Week is the 'Starlab'. A NASA production, the 'Starlab' is an inflated dome, where the constellation, stars are projected inside. On entering the 'Starlab', the kids and the families will learn about the constellations and their names, how to use stars for directions and locations.

The aim of the 'Starlab' is to educate children about this great galaxy and what it has offered us. This activity will enhance children's understanding since information is presented in a simple and fun approach that will entertain kids by combining excitement with knowledge.

Another highlight is an interactive activity on 'Health' combined with information on the human anatomy, teeth, and human bones. This activity will be combined with games; stories that will keep the children entertained as well as provide them with education on Health.

The atmosphere in the mall is lively and vibrant with children can have a gala time with loads of other fun-filled activities such as faces painting, trampoline shows and a science booth with sonic sounds. The activities also include workshops on First Aid Education, people dressed up as different characters like Dr. Bones and Mr. Muscles who will entertain the kids with music, games, dancing etc. All exciting events are taking place everyday from 4pm till 10pm and are free for all.
