IHG opens customer service desk at Seeb Airport

Reinforcing their commitment to customers; Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts have launched a new facility at Seeb International Airport; designed to ensure their customers are welcomed to Oman in style.
IHG customers will receive around the clock assistance regardless of their flight times. A team of 7 fully trained professional IHG staff will be available to look after a range of requirements from meet and greet facilities and on the spot hotel reservations to the arrangement of airport transfers with a fleet of Mercedes courtesy of Mark Tours.
Mr Antonio Zamora, Area Director of Operations for the InterContinental Hotels Group stated; "Customer service is and always has been a number one priority for IHG in Oman. The group is committed to continuous innovation to ensure our customers receive the highest service standards."

Other services offered at the IHG Airport desk include; Airport Registration, so guests don't have to register at hotel and direct liaison with the hotels to ensure speed and effortless booking for guests.
