E-Vision hosts annual sales conference

E-Vision hosted its annual sales conference for its partners, resellers and staff yesterday at the Etisalat Academy.

The conference proved to be a great success with E-Vision management unveiling their outlook on the past and discussing future initiatives focused on operational execution and product innovation to maintain its status as the leading cable TV provider in the region.

With its focus on operational execution, E-Vision highlighted its commitment to helping its customers with the convenience of the 24x7 call centre which are manned by multilingual staff. For subscribing to E-Vision and sales enquiries, customers can go to any of the 14 conveniently located E-Vision sales outlets, major Etisalat counters or to over 20 distributors with the convenience of a 24-hours installation time frame.

At E-Vision, technology & innovation has always been a key focus and with this in mind, E-Vision will enhance its pay per view service to become a video-on-demand whereby customers will be in full control of what they want to watch and when . A Messaging system to send messages to customers on new programme details and other information will also be developed. With its emphasis on satisfying the needs of the diverse customer base , E-Vision will add a variety of premium content to its current content base of 200 carefully selected channels in over 17 different languages.

Speaking on the occasion, Humaid Rashid Sahoo, CEO at E-Vision, said,
