Dubai Properties has launched Afaaq and Ijadah - two new employee schemes designed to reward outstanding contributions by its current 1100 staff members.
Ijadah, based on the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) excellence model, reflects the company's wish to drive its employee suggestions scheme Afaaq to a higher level. Afaaq invites innovative suggestions from all levels of employees that can be implemented into the company's policies and procedures. The scheme benchmarks employees on the organisation's six guiding principles of excellence, innovation, commitment, integrity, hard work and speed. It also rewards outstanding contributions to the company's tremendous growth and business success.
