Tanmiyat Group announces Al Muhamadiya Project in KSA

The Al Muhamadiya project is located to the north of the booming Jizan Economic City, just 10 kilometres from King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Regional Airport, and includes a residential area comprised of 2770 housing sections, with a total surface area of 2 427 533 square metres.

A variety of services is available, including asphalt works and illumination works, a power station, main and minor water pipelines, a sewerage network, telephone lines and paving works.

The project is also serviced by a comprehensive network of roads, between 15 and 30 metres wide, and is flanked on three sides by 30 metre wide roads, with the fourth side facing the Red Sea.

The project also boasts close proximity to the Al-Hokair Entertainment City project, a mere 200 metres away, with Jizan University directly to the north of the project, as well as trade centres, banks and a number of schools and kindergartens, which are included in the project itself.
