Energy Management Services proposes 'Green Industrial City' to Al-Mushatta

Al-Mushatta Industrial City has received a proposal from Energy Management Services Co. (EMS), offering its comprehensive energy solutions that will transform Al-Mushatta into a 'Green Industrial City'.
The presentation was attended by His Eexcellency Dr. Fayez Tarawneh Chairman of Al-Mushatta Industrial City, His Excellency Mr. Sameer Rifai CEO of Jordan Dubai Capital and Eng. Mohammad Mathhar Innab Deputy Mayor of Amman, along with Al-Musha tta Board of Directors , the General Manager of Taameer Jordan, UAIC board members, EMS officials and municipality officials. The presentation, was held on the premises of Al-Mushatta Industrial City, located in Al-Qastal beside Queen Alia International Airport.
Through its presentation, EMS submitted a proposal for providing comprehensive energy solutions to Al-Mushatta individual clients and transforming it into a "Green Industrial City" - the first of its kind in the Middle East. Through this proposed partnership EMS and Al-Mushatta strive to attract clients to the industrial city, increase their profits and reduce their costs while continuing to distinguish Al-Mushatta from other industrial cities.
Commenting on the presentation, Mohammad Turk, CEO of Investors and Eastern Arab Industrial and Real Estate Investments (IEAI) - the Owners of Al-Mushatta Industrial city - said, "We are happy to welcome the Municipality officials to our premises and are excited at the prospect of having the first "Green Industrial City" in the Middle East. We are moving forward towards reaching a mutual agreement with EMS in providing its services to our individual clients. We believe that EMS adds significant value to our clients, and that they are a great source of pride to the Jordanian business community."
EMS official Nedal Zatari added, "We believe that a more efficient and environmentally friendly industrial and business atmosphere has tremendous benefits for the Jordanian economy. We are proud to be able to contribute to the development of Al-Mushatta Industrial City."
EMS was founded in 1991 and is part of Jordan Dubai Energy. It has offices in across the Middle East region, which provide cost-effective energy projects for industrial, commercial and institutional customers. Its solutions reduce cost and wastage of energy, equipment breakdown and stock of inventory thereby increasing company profitability and efficiency. It provides its energy and water conservation solutions and consulting services throughout the Middle East region.
