Al Zour bids come in

Bechtel Group and Foster Wheeler are among companies that have submitted pre-qualification proposals to build a 615,000 bpd refinery in Kuwait at Al Zour, Dow Jones Newswires reported. Interested parties have until 3 July to submit proposals. Other companies expected to submit bids include JGC Corp., Snamprogetti, Technip and South Korean firms, Kuwait National Petroleum Company project manager Ahmed Al Jemaz told Dow Jones.
