Tamani Hotel at Park Lane, Business Bay promises to bring another stylish addition to Dubai's skyline.

Designed by world-renowned architect Carols Ott, the aerodynamic glass and steel skyscraper features 33 storeys of commercial, recreational and hotel facilities and will use artistic lighting, which will make it look spectacular and different - by day and night.

Carlos Ott brings to the project over twenty years of experience in design and construction projects, architecture and urban planning. No stranger to the UAE, Ott was responsible for designing the National Bank of Dubai, National Bank of Abu Dhabi headquarters, and the Etisalat telecommunications and administration building in Abu Dhabi.

"KM Properties is a market leader in realty property development and brings truly unique architectural designs and well thought out modern spaces to the market by partnering with world-class designers such as Carlos Ott," said Sanjeet Joher, group chief operating officer, KM Holding.

"KM Properties' iconic buildings are made more attractive by offering the best in location, lifestyle and price, making them an attractive option for those thinking to invest in property in Dubai for the long term." Joher added.

Tamani Hotel at Park Lane is located at the heart of Business Bay - one of Dubai's newest city-within-a-city developments, running from the city's arterial highway, Sheikh Zayed Road, alongside the new creek from Ras Al Khor.

Business Bay is also the location of KM Properties' B2B Tower, a striking blue-grey high-rise offering a unique fusion of contemporary glass and chrome materials. B2B Tower is also designed by Ott.

"The tower is strategically designed to accentuate the view of Business Bay Creek on the South side and the Burj Dubai super-high rise tower on the North. An extensive podium design, with retail spaces featuring luxury designer brands, will serve as the first point of approach,"

Joher explained.

The 20-storey tower will offer the most enticing array of amenities, recreation and leisure facilities. Like Tamani Hotel at Park Lane, B2B Tower will also make use of a high-performance intelligent lighting system to ensure that this iconic structure is seen at its best, both day and night.

Construction of both Tamani Hotel at Park Lane and B2B Tower will be carried out by Al Rostamani Pegel LLC, a member of the Al Rostamani Group of Companies, in partnership with the Berlin-based firm, Gustav Pegel & Sohn.
