In June 2006, Imprint Plc acquired Ingram Executive Search, which was established in 1994 as the first bespoke search consultancy operating in the Middle East. The Ingram business was re-branded WoodHamill Ingram to align itself more closely with Imprint's other executive search brand and so leverage its regional expertise within a wider international platform.

WoodHamill Ingram provides executive search for board level commerce and industry and senior front office financial services appointments under the following specialisms: banking and advisory, board practice, commerce and industry, global capital markets, FX and commodities, private equity, wealth management, quants, risk and infrastructure.

WoodHamill is a truly international business with offices in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai. Its consultants are from more than a dozen nations, fluent in twice as many languages, completing mandates across the globe for some of the world's largest financial institutions as well as M&A boutiques, Private Equity firms, Asset Management houses and commercial organisations.
