Prince Alwaleed bin Talal's Kingdom Holding will open its $860m initial public offering on 10 July 2007, Arab News reported. The company will sell 5% of its capital through 315m shares at SR10.25 per share. The float is open to Saudi nationals and institutional investors, with share allotment to be 50:50. Samba Financial Group is financial adviser and lead manager and underwriter.
