Al Tayer Group introduces Amber Loyalty Program
- United Arab Emirates: Thursday, July 05 - 2007 at 08:26
- PRESS RELEASE
Al Tayer Group introduces Amber, a multi-tier Loyalty Program where customers benefit each time they shop at participating Al Tayer Group stores.
"Creating this reward program is Al Tayer Group's way of demonstrating appreciation for our customer's loyalty as well as celebrating nearly three decades of doing business together," said Vino El-Khatib, Group General Manager - Marketing Services, Al Tayer Group.
The name is inspired by one of nature's marvels - the semi-precious gem Amber, which is formed from humble substances over millions of years. Appropriate for a program with its foundation built on years of serving the Group's customers and building enduring relationships with its customers.
Customers may become Amber members by making a transaction worth AED 1000 in a single day at any of the Al Tayer Group Amber partner stores. All members enroll at the Amber Classic level and may be upgraded to Amber Select and Amber Plus by earning a specified number of points within the calendar year. Members of each tier receive a set of benefits and rewards relevant to their level of Amber membership. These include redemption vouchers, bonus points on purchases made on birthdays and anniversaries, supplementary family cards, preview to all sales, special invitations to fashion shows and other in-store events, priority alterations, free Jewellery polish and watch repair facility, as well as subscriptions to leading local magazines and newspapers.
The Amber Loyalty Program will be operational at select Al Tayer Group stores in the UAE, including Giorgio Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Bottega Veneta, Gucci, Boucheron, Bvlgari, Azal, Harvey Nichols, Areej, Aati and several others. Also participating in the program are Al Tayer Group companies such as Al Tayer Travel Agency, Emporio Armani Caffe, Almaz by Momo's, Galler and National Car Rental.
