Xerox MEA conducts marketing workshop

Xerox MEA has completed a successful 3 day marketing workshop for their partners from across the Middle East region, held in Dubai recently.
The objective of this workshop was to enrich and guide partners' sales and marketing skills, supporting them in their efforts to create effective push and pull strategies and further create demand for Xerox leading solutions across a wider cross-section of businesses and consumers.
The workshop covered a wide range of marketing related topics and discussions including effective marketing communications, best practices, effective and creative product launches, importance and workings of PR, media relations, direct marketing, advertising, local sponsorships and case studies.
"Our Channel partners are key to realising Xerox's success, ensuring that our products and services are easily available to our customers in the Middle East and Africa. We are committed to ongoing partner training to enhance their knowledge of new Xerox innovations and services and how best to use marketing tools to communicate to and reach their target audience," said Ben Gale, General Manager, Sales & Marketing, Xerox MEA.
He added, "Transfer of knowledge and developing an insight into the Channel's specific needs and market dynamics in the region is vital for this to happen."
Also, attending the workshop were senior Xerox executives including Ben Gale, General Manager, Sales & Marketing, Xerox MEA, guest speaker David Millican, Marketing Manager, Corporate Engagement, Xerox Ltd, as well as Natesh Mani, Office Business Director, Xerox Middle East & Africa.
