Etisalat introduces new Greetune features with more value to the end user

Etisalat has introduced new features of its Greetune service, enabling mobile customers to further personalize their tones at no additional charges.
The enhanced Greetune service offers features such as gifting tones to friends and loved ones, shuffling tones by changing their sequence so callers can hear a different tune each time they call, copying tunes from any callers album, scheduling a tune to be played at different times of the day for different callers, assigning individual tunes to a specified group of callers such as family, friends and colleagues and finally setting tunes to be played on special dates.
The Greetune service allows subscribers to express their individuality by selecting and personalizing the tones that their callers hear. The Greetune subscriber can select different tones such as most popular songs, Islamic content, poetry, comedy and sports. Arabic content includes Emarati and Khaleeji options, Asian content includes Tagalog, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and from Bollywood, and other content includes options in English, Russian, Spanish, French, Turkish and Farsi, among others.
Essa Al Haddad, Chief Marketing Officer, Etisalat, said "Etisalat is keen to enhance its customers experience at all levels according to various segment's needs. The new Greetune features will give customers the freedom of personalization by gifting, scheduling, copying and grouping, ensuring maximum benefits for the end user and serving all their needs at anytime.
Customers can subscribe to Greetune service by sending 'r greetune' as SMS to 1010 or by simply dialing 125 and following the instructions. An SMS will then be sent confirming subscription and a PIN number with instructions to logon to www.greetune.weyak.ae. The customer can then enter his/her mobile number as user ID and PIN number to listen to or buy tones and manage the account. Also customers could preview & buy the tones by dialing 144.
There are no subscription fees for this service only a monthly fee applies, similar to the existing charges. Each Greetune will be charged with one year validity. All customers can store up to 20 different Greetune tones in their personal album and can also change them at anytime.
