Qtel 25% discount on calls

Qtel is discounting international calls by 25% through a new service, the Peninsual reported. GSM postpaid users can nominate three international numbers to which the discount will be applied for calls. There is an initial set up fee of QR10 and a QR25 monthly service fee. Prepaid customers will get the service later.
