People Plus launches Jigsaw@work

Speaking after the event People Plus' Managing Director, Richard Jeffery said "We are delighted to be launching Jigsaw@work in the Middle East. After an initial success in the UK this region has been selected as the first overseas market for Jigsaw@work because of the dynamism and growing demand for innovative and interactive leadership development that it displays." He went on to say "Leadership is about people and in particular, the way they work collectively towards the shared vision. This tool lowers barriers by increasing awareness of self and others, it allows the refocusing of energy toward business success."

Jigsaw@work can be delivered to groups of staff at all levels. Through its tactile, engaging and non-threatening structure it reduces the resistance frequently encountered when people are asked to reflect upon and sometimes modify their own behavior. It gives local and regional organizations a real opportunity to improve internal relationships and interactions.
