"The move is mainly on request from many of the exhibitors that have already booked their place for next year's show," says Paula Al Chami from dmg world media. "Over the past few years, the exhibition has grown so fast that it now stands on a par with any of the longer established international shows."
"With The Office Exhibition now being an important forum for global office furniture manufacturers, we've had an overwhelming request to move the dates, as they don't want to miss out on the opportunity to participate in next year's show. Especially with the impressive increase in visitor numbers, which showed a further 21% increase from 2006 to 2007."
The Office Exhibition has become renowned for representing the very latest in high-end furnishings, interiors and office design. Coupled with the highly popular Workplace Freedom Seminars, which brings leading international specialists to share their knowledge and expertise on workplace-related developments and innovations.
"Every year the show grows from strength to strength and is considered by exhibitors as their flagship office furniture and office design event in the Arabian Gulf," adds Paula. "This year's show covered 7,700m2 in total, a 54% increase on last year. With the interest we've had so far for next February, 2008 will be the biggest show yet."
