Unicorn Investment supports Sh. Salman bin Rashid's F3 efforts

Unicorn Investment Bank (Unicorn), a leading Bahrain - based Islamic investment bank, today announced the Bank's sponsorship of the leading Bahraini motorsport champion, Sh. Salman bin Rashid Al Khalifa, for the remaining rounds of the inaugural British Formula 3 championship (National Class).
The announcement was made at Unicorn's headquarters in Manama at a signing ceremony attended by Mr. Majid Al-Sayed Bader Al-Refai, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Unicorn Investment Bank; Sh. Salman bin Rashid Al Khalifa; Sh. Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the manager of Sh. Salman bin Rashid and representatives from Unicorn's senior management team.
Mr. Al-Refai commented: "We are very proud to extend our support to Sh. Salman the 2005 Formula BMW Asia Champion and the first-ever Bahraini to step in a British Formula 3 podium. Sh. Salman achievements are tremendous, and he continues to make an important contribution to the Kingdom's vision of being the leading Middle Eastern motorsport center. Supporting Sh. Salman means we are supporting the hopes of the Kingdom to reach the ultimate level of the sport - Formula one."
"We hope that Sh. Salman's efforts in the British Formula 3 championship will be an example for other local and regional talents to follow." Mr. Al-Refai continued.
Sh. Salman bin Rashid said:" I am delighted to have the support of Unicorn Investment Bank, which affirms the Bank's commitment to Bahrain and support of local talents, I hope our relationship will be a long and fruitful one"
The British F3 International is the leading single seater Championship in the UK, and the world's leading Formula 3 category. Around the world, no other race series has produced as many Grand Prix winners and World Champions as British Formula 3.
Sh. Salman's car and racing suit will display the Unicorn logo starting from the next round at Brands Hatch, which will also be the debut of Sh. Salman with his new team T-Sport.
